On March 16, 1981, Pastor Sturley E. Brooks began his ministry at a storefront on Springfield Avenue in East Orange, NJ. What started with a handful of believers has grown into a global ministry spanning two nations.
Today, Emanuel's Hope Baptist Church stands as a testament to God's faithfulness — with locations in New Jersey and throughout Jamaica, all united under one vision: reaching nations with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
